Sara's journey with holistic practices has been transformative. She began her career as a massage therapist, learning early on the power of touch and the connection between the body and mind. As her path unfolded, she expanded her skills to energy healing, deepening her understanding of the body's energetic systems. In 2023, Sara discovered Spinal Energetics, a profound practice that completely shifted her approach to healing. The following year, after learning directly from Dr. Sarah Jane, the founder of Spinal Energetics, and her team, Sara felt a powerful calling to integrate this practice into her work.

For much of her life, Sara struggled with living in a constant state of fear and lacking confidence. Spinal Energetics has been instrumental in helping her release these deep-rooted barriers, including childhood trauma, giving her the strength to find her voice. The practice has enabled her to process and release old emotional wounds, self-imposed limitations, and narratives that no longer serve her. This process has brought her clarity, confidence, and most importantly, a voice. She has learned that healing doesn't have to be done alone, and with the right support, transformation is possible for everyone.

Sara's aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can fully surrender, open and release what your body needs to. This work will meet you at exactly where you are, and target what your mind and body craves. With complete trust, the body can unwind, and start to heal naturally from the inside out.

Driven by a sense of service, and a commitment to the well being of others, Sara's role as your practitioner is to guide you to safely access, release and transform old ways of being. This is a place to get comfortable with being vulnerable.
